Summary

CMD178 TFA is a lead peptide that consistently reduced the expression of Foxp3 and STAT5 induced by IL-2/s IL-2Rα signaling and inhibits T _reg cell development ^[1] .

In Vitro

CMD178 TFA (100 μM) suppresses IL-2-induced STAT5 phosphorylation and inhibits Foxp3 expression in T cells ^[1] .
CMD178 TFA (100 μM) inhibits the development of T _reg cells induced by IL2/sIL-2Rα signaling ^[1] .
